Hello there & Welcome to ja.com!

As your transmission has gone into safe mode - this is indicating that the cars computer (ecu) has logged faults in the management system - What needs to be done now is to have those faults read from the ecu - which will point to the area of the fault.

You need to have the car put on a diagnostic computer - I would suggest in this instance using your local dealer - or a local Auto Transmission specialist -- Its the only sure way forward for you to effect a sure cure ;)
