hello i just purchased a 2004 e-320 i have a nav screen but wheni push the nav button it reads "devices not found" does that mewan i need to buy a disk or the nav is not installed? also there is a buttion for a phone, do i blutooh my phont to integrate how do i do that? please i need help im a BMW lady and this is all very new to me

Mercedes Dealer needs to check the Navigation System.

Bluetooth was not available on that.
There are aftermarket Bluetooth, but it won't mute the radio unless the radio has a mute wire.
