1992 300E Mercedes --- having problems with it cranking in ...

1992 300E Mercedes --- having problems with it cranking in the mornings. We replaced the cold start vavle and the temperature control sensor (the one with two wires) however we are still having the same problem. We are not getting fire to the cold start valve. What is the problem?

Behind the battery, silver relay, 1 or 2 fuses on top. If it has a old date code on the side, replace it.
